Does MOVA really scan my room with AI?+
Yes. Open the MOVA app, point your camera at your room, and our AI automatically identifies your furniture and items. You review and confirm the list — each room scans in about 30 seconds.
Is the quote I get binding?+
Your quote is a real range, priced from what MOVA can see — your confirmed items plus what it reads about your property, like parking and access. Where something is uncertain, it’s shown as a range with what would firm it up, not hidden. Movers see the full item list and property brief before they accept — so there are no surprises on move day.
When does my payment actually get charged?+
Your payment is locked in escrow when you post the job — before a mover even sees it. The mover doesn't receive a cent until you enter your FINISH PIN at the end of the move, confirming everything went smoothly.
What is the START PIN?+
The START PIN is a 4-digit code you share with your mover at the start of the job. It officially begins the move and starts the job clock — protecting both you and the mover.
What is the FINISH PIN?+
The FINISH PIN is your final approval. When you're satisfied that everything has been moved in and placed correctly, you enter the PIN and payment is released to the mover. You're always in control.
What if I want to dispute something after the move?+
You can hold payment by not entering the FINISH PIN. Open a dispute through MOVA and our support team will step in, review the job details, photos, and conversation history to reach a fair resolution.
