If you’re moving
Your money is held in escrow
Your full payment sits in secure Stripe escrow from the moment you book. The mover can’t touch a cent until you confirm the job is done and enter your FINISH PIN.
You control start and finish
A START PIN begins the job clock when your mover arrives. A FINISH PIN releases payment only when you’re happy — no padded hours, no billing disputes.
Every mover is verified
Movers submit an ABN, government ID and public liability insurance before they can accept a single job. No verification, no work on the platform.
Refund guarantee
If no mover accepts your job, your deposit is refunded automatically. If something goes wrong, hold the FINISH PIN and open a dispute — your funds stay protected.
If you’re a mover
You can’t be ghosted
Funds are locked in escrow before you leave your driveway. You do the work, the customer enters the FINISH PIN, and the money releases to your bank via Stripe Connect.
You see the whole job first
Item lists, room scans, floor access, parking and an evidence-backed property brief — all before you accept. No surprises when you arrive.
Tamper-proof time logs
Every start, pause and finish is timestamped and can’t be edited. If a job is contested, MOVA reviews the logs and mediates. You’re protected by the data.
You set your own rate
Name your hourly rate; MOVA builds the customer quote from it. A flat 15% platform fee on completed jobs — no lead fees, no bidding wars on local work.
