Best day of the week
Tuesday to Thursday is the sweet spot. Most people want to move on a Saturday so they do not have to take time off work, which makes weekends the first slots to fill. A midweek move also means quieter roads and easier parking at both ends.
Best time of the month
Leases tend to start and end around the first and last days of the month, so those days are crowded. If your dates have any give in them, aim for the middle two weeks. Even shifting by three or four days can open up better start times.
